The request must be received a minimum of 90 days prior to the need date.

Fall cycle for Extra Credit Grants:
Applications are accepted July 1 – August 31
Notification of funding decision will occur in October

Spring cycle for Extra Credit Grants:
Applications are accepted January 1 – February 28
Notification of funding decision will occur in April.
